Preamble
The www.groundfloor.com.co website (hereinafter as the “Ground Floor”) is power by Ground Floor Macau.
Ground Floor the rights of update to any terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Ground Floor the rights of all final decision and interpretation.
Payment
- )The prices of the products are in HKD.
- )Ground Floor the rights to change the prices of the Products on the Website at any time and without any prior notice.
- )Ground Floor accept VISA, MASTERCARD, UNIONPAY.
- )If customer use a credit card issued by an overseas issuer, additional service charges may be applied by third party credit card issuers and customer payment to us in HKD may be subject to currency conversion rates decided by such third party credit card issuers. Further, when customer apply for a refund when customer return the Product, Ground Floor will only refund the amount customer made in HKD when customer purchase the Product and we will not be responsible for the exchange rate difference to any foreign currency or any service charges of customer credit card issuers.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been received. Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In the event that you opt to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the associated delivery charges will be deducted from your payment before making any refund by us.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Modifications and cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. We will not accept any modification or cancellation requests after the order has been packed or shipped.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as a reference as it will also include your order tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package.
DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped within 5~7 days from the order date by third party courier. The delivery times may vary depending on delivery address.
Ground Floor reserves the right to extend delivery time by periods necessary for the correct delivery of the ordered products without prior notice.
If the delivery of your order is delayed by an unforeseen event which is out of our control, including but not limited to any act of God, flood, fire, trade dispute, lack of third party materials and services, or terrorist acts, we will notify you as soon as possible and outline what we will do to resolve the issue.
Return and Refund
1.Refund
All sales are final. No refund will be given on any purchase.
2.Defective Products Refund
2.1 ) Please inspect upon receiving the product(s) and contact our customer service immediately in case of any faulty item(s) found. Any damage claimed after 7 days (receiving date inclusive) of the received of the product will not be accepted, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer for repair or replacement. Valid damaged claim will be arranged by replacement subject to the product availability.
2.2) Ground Floor the right to arrange replacement and exchange. For defective product, customer will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs including tax.
2.3) If a refund has been confirmed, customer will be received a confirmation email. The refund, not including the delivery costs of the initial order, shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.
Please note that customer bank may take up to 30 business days to issue a refund to customer card, depending on processing times. This may vary among card issuers; Ground Floor have no control over this process or the corresponding processing times.
