CLESSTE DENIM CLASSIC CITY L/S SHIRT
This time, we collaborated with SHIOTA, one of Okayama's leading sewing factories with a long tradition, located in a highly competitive area for denim factories. They created a denim shirt using their expert sewing techniques. It
is made from approximately 8oz uneven denim material.
The warp threads are made of BD slub yarn (number 10), and the weft threads are made of ring slub yarn (number 20). The warp threads are rope-dyed in the Bingo region.
The use of sulfur dyes allows you to enjoy the fading and texture of the fabric.
This domestically produced denim is woven using air looms at a long-established weaving factory in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, and the finishing processes (shrinkage prevention, twist prevention, and singeing) are also carried out in Ibara City.
Furthermore, the garment employs "e-flow," a sustainable denim processing technology.
This significantly reduces the use of water and chemicals compared to conventional methods, and allows for even distribution of dyes and chemicals throughout the denim. The
denim is then bleached to lighten the color and create a vintage look.
Finally, an overdyeing process is applied to achieve a unique and deep color.
With CLESSTE's signature boxy silhouette, this item is unisex and can be worn by people of various body types.
