These CITY MILITARY HALF PANTS are made with WINDSTOPPER® PRODUCTS BY GORE-TEX LABS for excellent windproof, breathable, and water-repellent properties.

Based on the overpants originally designed to be worn over the M-51 cargo pants officially adopted in 1951, these pants have been updated for a more modern look, with the pants cut off below the knee. The side cargo pockets have also been redesigned for a more modern look. The waist has elastic and a drawcord.
