This time, we collaborated with SHIOTA, one of Okayama's leading sewing factories with a long tradition, located in a highly competitive area for denim factories. They created denim that combines their skilled sewing techniques with our production process.

These overpants are based on the M-51 cargo pants officially adopted in 1951, but have been updated for a more modern look with a cut-off design below the knee. The side cargo pockets have also been redesigned for a more contemporary feel. The waist is elasticized and has a drawstring.

These jeans are made in Japan, produced in the Bitchu/Bingo region of Okayama Prefecture, a world-renowned denim producing area. The warp threads are dyed using indigo rope dyeing, which means the dye doesn't penetrate all the way to the core of the thread, allowing you to enjoy the unique texture of denim as it ages. With a weight of 10.5oz, they are suitable for all seasons.

Furthermore, we've incorporated "e-flow," a next-generation processing technology that minimizes the burden on the environment. This technology significantly reduces the amount of water and chemicals used while ensuring even distribution of chemicals and dyes throughout the denim. We then added natural fading through bleaching and finally applied an overdye to create a deep and rich color.
